David P. Rosello is also active on the commercial side and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry for nearly a decade. His involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while he was starting different restaurants with his family. He gained valuable experience working in and outside the restaurant industry, including negotiating leases and buying and selling retail buildings.
In addition to working on the residential real estate side, David has represented a wide variety of investment clients ranging from sales and purchases of smaller multi-family properties to larger multi-million dollar retail shopping centers and apartment complexes. Further enhancing David’s ability to provide expert representation to his clients is his background of building a personal real estate investment portfolio which now includes a variety of single-family, apartment, and retail properties.
